Go Brewing introduces Freedom Cali Pale, a Californian-style pale beer designed for those seeking a gluten-free beverage. Embodied in this brew are moments of unrestricted freedom, where constraints turn into motivating challenges.
The brew mingles the flavors of caramel, citrus, and floral, balanced with Galaxy and Sultana hops, derived from granules of millet, buckwheat, and oats. A guilt-free indulgence, this beer contains only 79 calories, zero fat, and a minimal alcohol content of 0.49%.
Crafting such a brew involves judicious selection of grains and stringent brewing processes. Grains are sourced from expert facilities like Grouse Malt House, to ensure the beer’s ideal color, flavor, and texture.
Ample precautions are taken for gluten sensitivities, with extensive cleaning efforts. An enzyme called Clarex, known for breaking down gluten, is added during the final brewing stages. Despite already being naturally free of gluten, this extra step enhances the commitment to offering a truly gluten-free beer.
