Go Brewing has boldly embarked on their newest beer adventure with ‘Not Just Another Story Double IPA.’ Steering tradition in a new direction, this is not your average IPA. This time, they’ve gone big, redefining their initial West Coast Style IPA to push the boundaries of flavor and fortitude.
Taking their classic IPA as a base, Head Brewer, James, conjured up the brightest ideas to create their boldest beer yet. An inherent challenge was maintaining the beer’s authentic body, color, and head whilst reengineering it to be bigger and bolder. However, despite the hurdles, Go Brewing has adeptly crafted a beer that pours to near perfection, providing a perfect balance of hops and character.
This Double IPA is embraced with a mash of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic hops, bringing complex tastes to life. The body of the beer is built up with robust barley malts, contributing to its overall bold character. Its profile is an eclectic blend of grapefruit, papaya, and a unique malty sweetness which offers a seamless transition between flavors. This beer will surely exceed the expectations of those who enjoy a robust hop presence interwoven with a dynamic fruit profile. Go Brewing is a brewing company with a mission: to create the world’s tastiest non-alcoholic and low-alcohol craft beers. The idea was born from the founders’ personal quest to enjoy a good beer without the unwelcome aftermath of alcohol consumption. Since 2020, they’ve been crafting beers low on alcohol and calories but high on flavor, making the pleasure of drinking compatible with a productive next day.

Amazing!
So I am a beer drinker. I love the taste of beer and if I could drink it all day long I would, but alcohol in that amount is not healthy or practical on a daily basis. I have tried some other NA beers and some are good, but none have blown me over.
The Double IPA from Go Brewing has moved into the realm of hmm … is this really NA because it’s so damn good! The body and bitterness are up there with some of my favorite IPA’s. I still drink alcoholic IPA’s but this has become my weeknight go to and on the weekends because I am trying to drink less I have a few of these and maybe 1 2 alcoholic IPA’s.
It’s also become my post long run beverage instead of an alcoholic beer that doesn’t aid in recovery.
