About Race Brew 0.0 Podium Pils
Race Brew 0.0 Podium Pils is a non-alcoholic pilsner from Momentum Brewery in Brooklyn, New York.
From the brewery: “The world's first motorsports-inspired alcohol-free beer. Official alcohol-free beer of PT Autosport and the Porsche Carrera Cup. True zero. True German pilsner. Built for the podium. Race Brew is the answer to a specific question: what does a real German pilsner taste like with zero alcohol? Not under 0.5% — zero. We took our recipe to a partner brewery in Germany, brewed it to traditional pilsner specs, and de-alcoholized it down to a true 0.0% ABV. Nothing added back. Nothing watered down. The result is a clean, crisp Continental pilsner with the foamy head and full body most alcohol-free beers can't reach.”

Catering to craft beer enthusiasts, the brewery maintains the rich flavors and unique aromas characteristic of traditional craft beer, without the alcohol content. Their commitment to an environmentally conscious brewing process sets them apart, as they avoid the use of resource-intensive dealcoholization machines, favoring methods that are both respectful of traditional brewing craft and mindful of their ecological footprint.
