Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.

Since we sell perishable goods, we do not accept returns, however, we are more than happy to replace products that have been damaged during transit. We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to not liking the taste of the beer you received unless the product has been tainted during transit.

Refunds & Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit such as busted cans.

To request a refund or replacement, you can send us an email via our contact page. Your request will need to:

  • Include the order number or details of the order such as the purchaser’s name and address
  • Include a description of why you are requesting a refund or replacement
  • Be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
  • We may ask you to provide follow up photos of damaged products

Once we receive your request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will review the request to determine if the damage was incurred during transit. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If we determine the damage was incurred after the delivery date, due to improper storage or treatment of the product, your request will not be approved.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

If you are approved for a replacement, we will notify you as soon as the replacement product has been shipped, typically within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
