Sober Carpenter has pleasantly concocted a Black IPA that teases the taste buds in the most delightful way. Carpenter’s brewers have taken a bold step with their newly minted limited-edition series by experimenting with small-batches. Breathing life into less exploited brew styles, hops, and malts, they’ve devised a fresh avenue for beer enthusiasts to explore beyond the common.

The Sober Carpenter brewery came to life through the combined efforts of two brothers, both long-time admirers and experimenters of beer. Their first foray into the intricacies of brewing started in the dormant corners of their parents’ basement, perfecting and innovating their craft beer recipes.
The test of time saw their lifestyle evolve, and although their passion for beer remained undeterred, their paths were altered after embarking on their journey as family men. The desire to maintain an active social life while reducing their alcohol intake naturally led them towards the realm of non-alcoholic beer.
However, the duo found that the currently available non-alcoholic options were not up to par with their expectations in taste and texture, no doubt set high by their years as craft beer enthusiasts. Accepting the needed compromise on taste for a healthier life was not an option for them.
And so, the decision was made to forge ahead and establish Sober Carpenter, a craft beer brewery that exclusively brews non-alcoholic beers. Beers, that are so delectable, they’ll make you forget that alcohol ever existed in the equation. The promise of Sober Carpenter is that the flavor and healthful aspect of beer consumption won’t ever come into conflict. Drinking healthier beer should not require a compromise on the taste.
