About Barrel Aged Pastry Stout
Barrel Aged Pastry Stout by ABV Beverage is a standout creation in the non-alcoholic beer landscape, offering a bold and indulgent experience without the alcohol. Known for pioneering patented technology that transforms traditional full-strength beer into a high-quality NA version, ABV Beverage continues to push boundaries in craft brewing.
Released in September 2025 as a limited-edition offering, this non-alcoholic pastry stout begins with an imperial stout base that has been aged in whiskey barrels for over two years. It’s then finished with toasted coconut, resulting in a rich and complex profile. Layers of dark chocolate, mellow coconut sweetness, and nuanced barrel-aged tannins come together to deliver a luxurious, full-bodied flavor.
Featured as one of 24 non alcoholic beers in our 2025 NA Beer Advent Calendar.
About ABV Beverage
ABV Beverage makes non-alcoholic beer with its own patented process that turns traditional beer into an NA brew while keeping the flavor. It often partners with craft breweries on seasonal releases, like Cranberry Crisp with Elm Creek Brewing.
