About Oktoberfest
Atmos Brewing has crafted a traditional Märzen Lager just in time for fall, delivering a classic Oktoberfest experience in non-alcoholic form. This brew features a solid body, with a rich malt presence and a lingering caramel sweetness, characteristic of the traditional Märzen style.
Perfectly suited for the season, it brings the heart of Oktoberfest to those who prefer non-alcoholic options. This year, it’s conveniently available in 12oz cans, making it easy to enjoy wherever the autumn festivities take you.
Brewed using a blend of Munich, Caramel Vienna, Vienna, and Red Wheat malts, this lager captures the essence of a full-bodied seasonal beer. The German Tradition hops lend a balanced bitterness, while the use of Märzen Lager yeast ensures an authentic, slow fermentation process for deep flavor development. All of this is complemented by Atmos Brewing’s pure “Free Range” water from the Big Wood River in Idaho, adding a final touch of character to the brew. With an ABV of less than 0.5%, this non-alcoholic option delivers the rich taste of Oktoberfest without the buzz.
About Atmos Brewing
Hailey, Idaho
Atmos Brewing Co., established in 2020, is part of the Sawtooth Brewery family, nestled in the scenic mountains of Hailey, Idaho. The brewery is committed to crafting exceptional beer while also embracing a healthy, active lifestyle. From these core values, Atmos created a line of non-alcoholic brews designed to refresh and satisfy, whether after a long hike, a day on the slopes, or a thrilling rafting adventure.
With non-alcoholic beer options that deliver great taste without the alcohol, Atmos Brewing caters to a wide range of needs. Whether someone is taking a break from alcohol, exploring sobriety, or fully embracing an alcohol-free lifestyle, Atmos offers something for everyone. Their brews allow for enjoyment without compromise, making them perfect for any occasion.
Located in Idaho, Atmos takes full advantage of the state’s natural resources. The brewery sources its 2-Row and Pilsner malts from just three hours southwest, while hops come from three hours to the east. Their water is sourced from the Big Wood River, a pristine, untreated flow that runs near the Sun Valley Ski area. This water, untouched by major population centers, industries, or agricultural zones, contributes to the clean and crisp quality of their beers.
Atmos Brewing’s commitment to quality extends to their brewing process as well. Using a 15-barrel Premier Stainless brewhouse, which was commissioned in 2016, the team gently removes the alcohol at cold temperatures to preserve the delicate hop and malt aromas that define great craft beer. Canning is handled in-house using a Cask Canning 6-head system, brought online in June 2020, ensuring every batch is meticulously crafted and packaged with care.
