He brewed the inaugural batch of Boston Lager in his own kitchen, using a cherished recipe passed down from his great-great-grandfather, a discovery he made in his father’s attic in the early 1980s.

Jim held steadfast to a conviction: beer enthusiasts deserved superior American beer options than those available at the time. This belief remains the driving force behind every beer they produce, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
